There are five pre-labeled, javascripted buttons (back, next, home, mail and links) and one javascripted blank button. Use "Chiller" font for additional buttons and page headers. The solitary ghost decoration can sit anywhere on the page. Also included is the "Enter if you dare..." header, a divider bar, and bullet graphic.
