I'd love for you to use my creations--that's why I created them. I do have six very simple requests if you do find something you want.

Conditions upon which you may use my linkware graphics free of charge:

• They may only be used free of charge on a non-commercial site. If you sell any products or services, advertise any products or services, tangible or intangible, for which you request or require payment, I consider your site commercial, and therefore, you are required to pay the Commercial License Fee..
  
  
• You must include either a visible, legible, and easily discernable text link or my logo link on the same page as the graphics. If you use them on more than one page, just a small visible, legible, and easily discernable text link on each subsequent page is sufficient. That is what LINKWARE means.
  
  
• I would very much like to know when and where they are being used. Please email me. I'm thrilled that you like my work enough to want to display it at your site.
  
  
• Save the files to your own computer and upload them to your own server. DO NOT link directly to the graphics on my pages.
  
  
• They should not be changed in any way without written permission from me (with the exception of the "blank" button if one is included in the set). Even though I offer them to you for free (or for a link), they are still wholly my property and I reserve all rights--including the right to refuse permission to use my graphics. If you want something personalized or customized, email me and I'll very likely create what you need.
  
  
• They are NOT to be included in any archives, packages, or collections whatsoever, or redistributed, or linked to as a place to get graphics for someone else to code without my written permission.
  
  

See? I don't have many conditions, but those I do have, I stick by firmly. These are not outrageous requests, nor are they difficult to follow. Just fill out the request form for the webset you would like, and I will send you a zip file within seven (7) days. My logo has been included in each zipped set.

Downloading, saving, and/or using my graphics signifies your agreement to the above conditions. I reserve the right to refuse permission to use my graphics for any reason whatsoever.

If you…

• link directly to my graphics, instead of downloading them to your own server.
  
  
• use my graphics without acknowledging my efforts with either my logo link or text link.
  
  
• alter my graphics without prior written permission from me.
  
  
• claim my graphics to be works of your own.

Results of this flagrant disregard for my (or any other artist's, programmer's, writer's, musician's, etc.) usage conditions will result in the culprit receiving this dishonorable award.

I will…

• send an email to the culprit, asking for my conditions to be fulfilled or removal of the graphics altogether within 48 hours.
  
  
• post the URL and email address in a special "wieners section" for the web world to see.
  
  
• post any communications to and from the offender for the web world to see.
  
  
• urge any visitors to write to the offender about their boorish net behavior.
  
  
• If the situation warrants, the service provider/host for the offender will receive an email from me outlining the offense and a request for their assistance in bringing said offender to "justice."
  
  
• Taking legal action is abhorrent to me, but as a last resort I will do so.

Once the offender meets the conditions of usage, all traces of their "wiener-ness" will be removed from my site.

I want you to enjoy the fruit of my labors, but the Ruby Raspberry of Infamy is not a fruit you will enjoy receiving.
