Welcome to my site and thanks for stopping to read my Conditions of Use. :) There are only a few of them and they are quite reasonable. Unfortunately, I've had to put these up here because, like others, I've seen my graphics sliced, diced, and tortured practically beyond recognition.

You are welcome to use my graphics on your personal and not for profit site ONLY. If you have a commercial site and wish to use my graphics, please scroll down the page for license options. Then contact me from my Contact page.

If you are a web designer and would like to use my graphics on a client site whether it be a personal, non-profit or commercial site you MUST purchase a license. Placing my graphics on a site without purchasing a license is considered UNAUTHORIZED redistribution and commercial use. Please scroll down the page for licensing options.

A link back to my site must be used on any and all pages that contain my graphics. A matching logo image is provided for you in each set. Please link to: http://www.dragonmyth.com/ariel. The linking logo must be visible, not placed out of sight.

My graphics may NOT be used on adult sites, sites promoting racial hatred, hate material, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs, child endangerment, and/or threats to human life.

Do not resize or change the graphics in ANY way. The only exception is the addition of text to a blank button. My graphics must be used as they were intended, as a set. Do not mix, and hope to match, graphics on another web set. It won't work. Do not resize, distort, recolor anything!

These graphics may NOT to be included in collections, whether on-line, CD Roms for sale, as nozzles, tubes or re-distributed in any way.

Please email me your page URL when you use one of my sets. I like to know the user is abiding by my Terms of Use. If a set us used inappropriately, I, as the copyright holder, have the right to deny permission of use.
