Otter Lake Sand & Gravel Ltd. has been in business in the Spallumcheen valley since 1990 and is located in the heart of the North Okanagan, 9 miles North of Vernon and 6 miles South of Armstrong. Our sales teritorry extends as far as Revelstoke in the North, Chase to the West, Cherryville to the East and Oyama in the South.

All of our rock, with the exception of our Road Crush, which is made to the City of Vernon specs, is naturally round river rock. The largest size of rock on the property is approximately 8".

From Vernon, follow Hwy 97 to The Okeefe Ranch, turn right on to St. Anne's Rd, then right again on to Otter Lake Rd. Approximately 3/4 of a mile will bring you to Otter Lake Sand & Gravel Ltd. Take a left up the South haul road to the pit. From Armstrong, drive South 6 miles on Otter Lake Rd.
